Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BARK account dashboard and select the specific item from your recent subscription box to start a return or size exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your return journey is completely free of charge.

• 3.
  Pack the Fashion

  Place the unworn item with its original tags back into the BARK box or any secure mailer, ensuring the new prepaid label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Wait for the Wag

  After we receive your return, we will process your refund or ship out the replacement size within 3-5 business days to keep your pup's wardrobe updated.
